IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the global health threat COVID-19, the Girod Street Stroll 2020, which was previously scheduled for April 25, has been tentatively rescheduled to Friday, September 11, 2020 (Rain Date: Sept. 12). This new date should be confirmed once the city's event committee can reconvene in the coming weeks. All existing tickets will be honored for the new date.

The Old Mandeville Business Association so appreciates your support of our local business community, especially during these challenging times. Please continue to support our local businesses to the extent that you can by purchasing gift cards, ordering take-out, or shopping with them online. Stay safe and healthy, and we will continue to keep you updated once the new date has been formally confirmed. We hope to see you in September!

The stroll takes place from 5 to 9PM on Girod Street from the Mandeville Trailhead to the Lakefront. Patrons will enjoy light tasting plates by top local chefs and specialty mint juleps served by 30+ participating businesses. There will also be local artists on site selling their original work, a live event painting and raffle by artist Andrew Wilkie, and live musical entertainment by Vega Brass Band.

Patrons must purchase a commemorative mint julep cup online, which is their ticket to sample all food and beverages at the event. Patrons can pick up their cup and wristband between 4PM and 7PM at the corner of Girod and Monroe streets (near The Rusty Pelican).

***Please note that no patron can pick up another patron's cup, as everyone must show their 21+ ID when they pick up their cup and wristband.***
